In the rare event that you get a totally bad set we will replace it once we have received it back at our store, obviously it will need to be opened, we will send you another new set. If you just want to return the item for a refund and it is opened we cannot refund you the full price since the item is now used, we will issue a refund minus a 25% restocking fee. We can not legally resell the set as new once you open it, it becomes used. If it is unopened we will charge a 15% restocking fee to cover processing and sending the item back to our distributor.
